We've tried to cancel our contract with a 45 days notice, but they claim it's not possible and we must renew another year because the notice is 60 days. However, Zoominfo's contract is shady and sneaks in a tiny auto-renew clause in the contract you won't hear from them again after you sign up until the moment your "opt-out window" for the contract expires. The data for Europe is not even good we got almost no return on the expensive investment we made on the platform, so our sales team decided not to renew.
